Reservations are recommended, especially during peak season (May through September). Walk-ups may be accommodated subject to availability. Group bookings of 10 or more receive priority scheduling.

Dress in layers as it can be cool on the water even in summer. Bring sunglasses, sunscreen, and a camera. Waterproof jackets are recommended for zodiac tours.
Our covered vessel tours welcome guests of all ages. Zodiac tours have a minimum age of 8 years and require reasonable mobility to board the craft.
While sightings cannot be guaranteed in wild environments, our success rate exceeds 90% during peak season. If no whales are spotted, you receive a complimentary return trip.
We are located at the Inner Harbour in downtown Victoria. Parking is available nearby at several public lots. Walking distance from major hotels and the ferry terminal.
