Booking and Cancellation

Tour bookings are subject to availability. When you submit a booking request through our website:

• Your request is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from our team
• Payment terms will be provided upon confirmation
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure receive a full refund
• Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee
• We reserve the right to cancel tours due to weather or safety concerns, with full refunds provided

Tour Participation

By participating in our tours, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed as we operate in natural environments
• You must follow all safety instructions provided by our crew
• You participate at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety
• You will not engage in any behaviour that may disturb wildlife or other guests
• Certain tours have age or mobility requirements that must be met

The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of iris-whale or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
